Activating Community Participation as an Entry Point for Developing Administrative Practices for Bilingual Private Schools in the Sultanate of Oman

The current study aims at identifying the administrative practices associated with community participation of bilingual private schools in Sultanate Oman. It also seeks to reveal differences reality practices’ availability related from principals and teachers’ point view according variables (gender, job title, experience, type school governorate), present proposed vision for development researcher used descriptive analytical approach achieve objectives study, as questionnaire was tool. sample represented by (159) schools’ teachers consisted (36) males (123) females including (40) (119) teachers. As governorates, they included (113) Muscat Governorate, (14) Al Dakhiliyah, (32) North Batinah. results showed that degree ranged between medium high, indicated there no estimation due following experience school), While governorate variable, were first axis which is participation, came favor (Muscat). In order activate partnership administration schools, measures study’s results: promoting teacher financially morally so he/she harnesses his full abilities potentials a high moral spirit, appreciating his/her role major partner advancing educational process, then setting foundations criteria measuring teachers' performance avoiding bias evaluation followed flexibility, sharing goals achieving them quality, changing curricula special plans separate time slots public schools.
